For US clients, it’s often an advantage—while you’re offline, we’re actively working, so you can wake up to new updates or design progress.

Do you outsource any of the work?
No. All work is handled in-house by our team in Bali. This keeps communication clear, quality consistent, and the process more efficient from start to finish.
How does payment and milestone work?
We work with simple milestone payments via PayPal. For example, a $750 project is typically split into three smaller payments of $250.
This keeps the process flexible and allows us to move forward step by step as progress is delivered.
How long does a project usually take?
Most brand identity projects (mood board, logo and brand guide) are completed within three weeks, from start to final delivery. The timeline can vary slightly depending on how quickly feedback is provided and how many revisions are needed along the way.
How involved do I need to be during the project?
Your involvement is important, but it won’t take up much of your time. Most input happens at key stages—starting with the initial questionnaire, then reviewing the creative direction and design concepts.
As long as feedback is clear and timely, the process stays smooth and efficient without overwhelming your schedule.
How do you handle feedback and revisions?
Each project is structured into clear milestones, with dedicated review points along the way. You’ll have up to three revision rounds per stage to refine the direction and details.
This keeps feedback focused, avoids unnecessary back-and-forth, and ensures the final result aligns with your expectations.
How do you keep your pricing lower than agencies?
We’re based in Bali, where the cost of living is lower than in many Western countries. This allows us to focus on delivering strong, thoughtful design without the overhead and pricing structure of larger agencies.
What if I’m not satisfied with the design?
We structure every project into clear milestones, so you’re always reviewing progress step by step. Each stage includes up to three rounds of revisions to refine the work.
If you’re not satisfied at a specific milestone, you’re not locked in—we can stop there, and you’ll only pay for what’s already been completed.
Will I receive all files and full ownership?
Yes. Once the project is complete, you’ll receive all final files and full ownership of your brand assets. Everything is prepared so you can confidently use your brand across digital and physical applications.
